I will take place to the exhibition Green Mold at Mixer Gallery in Istanbul. 18.01.2019 – 23.02.2019 Artists: Bilal Yılmaz, Deniz İkizler, Eda Aslan, Giuseppe lo Schiavo, Gökçe İrten, Horasan, Nergiz Yeşil, Sami Aslan, Sırma Doruk, Sinan Logie Mixer hosts the exhibition ‘Green Mold’ between January 18- February 23 2019. In this exhibition where the audience becomes an investigator, the artists’ works appear as a found object that came from past to present day.

Un viaggio, attraverso la creatività e la ricerca dell’artista, che diventa un dialogo tra la materia e la forza della creazione. Un racconto dai risvolti filosofici-genetici dove l’uomo e la natura non competono, ma si ritrovano insieme senza distinzione alcuna poiché generati dalla stessa idea. L’artista trasfigura lo spazio e le forme della materia, restando sempre connesso con la realtà, concependo attraverso la fotografia scene, attimi di una esistenza a cui apparteniamo tutti. Si compie così attraverso le fotografie di Giuseppe Lo Schiavo il legame inscindibile tra la memoria dell’uomo e la potenza della natura che diventa linguaggio universale. Ogni immagine decodifica quella connessione restituendoci la realtà di una visione che si manifesta in tutta la sua energia. La fotografia diventa per l’artista non solo lo strumento per raccontare questa correlazione ma è la chiave d’accesso necessaria, messa a nostra disposizione, per intraprendere questo lungo viaggio alla ricerca delle nostre origini.”
